Monica has set up an impeccable space. This little cottage was both my bridal suite and our honeymoon stay for our wedding at the Ramos House Cafe (Right next door). Monica was a delightful host who was happy to accommodate our special day. The environment is nothing short of magical. Highly recommended. Perfect for a couple to enjoy the spectacular surrounds. A step back in time.
I’m a San Juan resident and booked this place for one night to throw a little surprise birthday dinner party with family, celebrating my wife. It was the perfect setting…very charming and romantic. Would recommend!
I reserved Casa Mia, Casa Avila, and the courtyard between them, and it was amazing! Both cottages are gorgeous. When you arrive, everything is beautifully arranged with thoughtful touches like flowers and rosemary, creating a fresh and pretty atmosphere. It was so nice having the courtyard area to ourselves between the two cottages. The location is perfectly situated in the picturesque neighborhood just a very short walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, and much more. Monica is a kind and accommodating host and I would recommend these cottages to anyone!
